Buddhist teachings

I am especially interested in Theravada Buddhism, Ajahn Chah, Ajahn Sumedho and the Pali Canon. The practical question is not whether a teaching sounds beautiful, but whether it helps us relate to life with more wisdom, less grasping and less aversion.
